HB 2626 - DIGEST

     Declares that mail order sales or deliveries of cigarettes or tobacco products are prohibited.

     Declares that there shall be no advertisement of cigarettes or tobacco products in any wholly or partially state-owned or state-funded location.

     Increases the penalties for violations of the act.

     Repeals RCW 70.155.060 and 82.24.270.
