(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises the membership of the joint center's governing board.

     Authorizes the center to mediate disputes among institutions about degree programs or courses.

     Authorizes the board to coordinate degree programs offered by WSU, EWU, Gonzaga and Whitworth colleges.

     Allows the joint center to act as sole agent for procurement of printing and binding services, materials, supplies, and equipment.

     Authorizes the board to hire a director and staff.

     Repeals RCW 28B.25.080.
