HB 2646 - DIGEST

     Requires that, upon periodic review under RCW 36.70A.130 or any other legislative review of an urban growth area, a comprehensive plan shall provide sufficient buildable lands within the urban growth areas established pursuant to the act to accommodate estimated needs including a variety of housing types and densities for twenty years.
