(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates a license for sports entertainment facilities to be designated as a class R license to sell beer, wine, and spirits at retail, for consumption upon the premises only, the license to be issued to the entity providing food and beverage service at a sports entertainment facility.

     Revises class H license provisions to include publicly and privately owned civic or convention centers with facilities for sports, entertainment, or conventions.

     Requires class R licensees and alcohol servers to comply with training and employment provisions of RCW 66.20.310.
