HB 2660 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that the department shall automatically refund any amount paid that has been verified by the department to be more than ten dollars over the amount actually due for the reporting period.

     Authorizes refunds of less than ten dollars if a request is made.

     Provides that payment credits shall not be carried forward and applied to subsequent tax returns.
