HB 2697 - DIGEST

     Declares that whereas the funding for these programs has traditionally been provided through federal appropriations, should those resources be reduced or eliminated, the state shall support the continuation of these organizations to promote the integration of vocational and academic learning, develop student leadership, and enhance citizenship responsibilities.
