HB 2704 - DIGEST

     Establishes hearing procedures for the determination of the appropriateness of the order to require a woman to use long-term pharmaceutical birth control.

     Declares that a woman required to use long-term pharmaceutical birth control shall not be permitted to terminate the use until six months after the court finds she is clean and sober.
