HB 2707-S.E - DIGEST

     Prohibits criminal gang activity and gang intimidation, a class C felony.

     Provides that a person who refuses to leave school property is guilty of a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Requires the juvenile court administrator to notify parents or guardians when a student is charged with one of the listed offenses.

     Requires school districts to adopt policies establishing zero tolerance of illegal drug and gang activity on school grounds.

     Authorizes school districts to adopt a reasonable dress code policy.
