HB 2707 - DIGEST

     Prohibits criminal gang activity, a class C felony.

     Provides that a person who enters school property without authorization is guilty of a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Requires the prosecuting attorney to notify parents or guardians when a student is charged with one of the listed offenses.

     Requires school districts to adopt policies establishing zero tolerance of illegal drug and gang activity on school grounds.

     Authorizes school districts to adopt a reasonable dress code policy.
