(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Extends for four years the authority to delegate portions of well drilling administration and enforcement to local governments.

     Provides that the local governments may only exercise the authority granted by RCW 18.104.043.

     Repeals sec. 3, ch. 67, Laws of 1992, and sec. 28, ch. 387, Laws of 1993.
