(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that the revenues from these lands shall be placed in the community and technical college forest reserve account to be used for capital improvement needs of the community and technical college system or to acquire additional forest reserve lands.

     Reserves the land base from sale in perpetuity, but allows the timber and other products on the land to be sold.
