HB 2784 - DIGEST

     Provides that any professional association or organization or other entity of any kind that derives more than twenty-five percent of its income from dues or assessments paid with public funds is prohibited from providing any financial support or providing use of facilities for or against any ballot proposition or candidate for public office.
