HB 2793-S.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares an intent of this legislation to begin to make the statutory changes required by the fish and wildlife commission in order to successfully implement Referendum Bill No. 45.

     Deletes references to the authority of the director and replaces with references to the authority of the department and commission.

     Requires approval of a majority of the commission members for approval of the rules.

     Repeals RCW 43.300.030.
