HB 2794 - DIGEST

     Provides that any line or disputed corner or boundary may be determined and permanently established by written agreement of all affected parties.

     Provides for DNR to resolve a dispute between landowners and surveyors at their request if they agree to be bound by the decision.

     Establishes procedures for a civil action to determine the boundaries.

     Provides for the recording of a final determination of an action.

     Provides that an intentional disturbance of a survey mark is a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Repeals RCW 58.04.010 and 58.04.030.
