HB 2857 - DIGEST

     Directs the department to contract for services to new mothers with alcohol or chemical dependency problems who have received little or no prenatal care.  Programs receiving funds through the parent and child assistance program shall provide case management and related services to assist program enrollees to modify unhealthy behaviors and raise healthy children.
