     Expands days of sale while not changing days of use of common fireworks.

     Clarifies other provisions of the existing state fireworks law.

     Prohibits the sale of explosives that are not fireworks.

     Prescribes a gross misdemeanor penalty for violation of RCW 70.77.255.

     Requires annual fireworks permits to be granted by June 10 or thirty days after application, whichever date occurs first.
