HB 2880 - DIGEST

     Authorizes funds from the grant program to be used by school districts for technology hardware and software acquisition, installation of networks, staff training, and other purposes consistent with the purposes of the grant program.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
