HB 2891 - DIGEST

     Provides that a port district may only provide, own, or operate airport facilities outside of its boundaries if the airport facilities were in operation as an airport, with a staffed air control tower on January 1, 1996, and the airport facilities are located fifteen or fewer air miles from a portion of the boundaries of the port district.
