(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Makes technical revisions to the future teachers conditional scholarship program.

     Revises the requirement for teaching from ten years to a period equal to two years for each year of scholarship received.

     Authorizes the board to cancel a recipient's repayment obligation due to the recipient's total and permanent disability or death, subject to documentation as required by the board.
