     Authorizes sales and use tax exemptions for items obtained to replace flood-damaged items.

     Provides that individuals eligible for the exemption must be residents of a county or Indian nation listed in the Presidential Disaster Declaration for the November 1995 or February 1996 flooding episodes.

     Declares that the sales tax exemptions will end March 31, 1997, and the use tax exemptions will end September 31, 1996.
