SB 5006 - DIGEST

     Reduces the tax levy for the support of the common schools from three dollars and sixty cents per thousand dollars of assessed value to two dollars and ninety-five cents per thousand dollars of assessed value.

     Applies to taxes payable in 1996 and thereafter.
