SB 5030 - DIGEST

     Designates the sanctions which the department may impose pursuant to a stipulated agreement between the offender and the department.

     Provides for review and modification of the stipulated agreement by a court.

     Provides that a failure to comply with the agreement may be considered an additional violation.
