     Directs the conservation commission to institute a program to link wildlife habitat areas with corridors that will facilitate the movement of wildlife species between areas of suitable habitat.

     Develops a program of incentives to private landowners to participate in the program.

     Develops an interagency program for the establishment of wildlife corridors.

     Requests the assistance of native American tribes.

     Encourages a program for public contributions to support the efforts.
