SB 5106-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for the development of management programs that will encourage the natural regeneration of grizzly bears in areas with suitable habitat.

     Prohibits the use of bears in the management program which are not native to Washington state.

     Requires coordination with federal and state agencies.
