SB 5117 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent that restrictions on work hours of minors be established only by the legislature, and no agency may adopt rules further restricting the work hours of minors.

     Provides that minors may not be employed more than eight hours a day, forty hours a week during the school year, or more than six days per week.
