SB 5121 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Creates an agricultural safety standards review task force to conduct the review and submit a written report by December 1, 1995.

     Declares the following rules null and void:

     (1) Agricultural safety regulations under chapter 49.17 RCW affecting chapter 296-306 WAC; and

     (2) the revocation of the agricultural exemption in WAC 296-24-12001 under WSR 94-06-068.
