(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 28B.15.620 to delete the requirements that the veteran remain continuously enrolled for seven or more quarter credits per academic term, have a specified adjusted gross family income, and have exhausted all entitlement to federal vocational or educational benefits conferred by virtue of their military service.

     Establishes new requirements for the waivers.

     Extends the expiration date to June 30, 1999.
