SB 5168 - DIGEST

     Requires the records to be sent within two days of a request by the public school.

     Specifies procedures when a student has not paid a fine or fee.

     Provides immunity from civil liability for release of the records.

     Declares that a private school which refuses to send the records shall lose its approval status.
