SB 5174 - DIGEST

     Directs the board to take administrative action against the license held by an annual retail liquor licensee for noncompliance with the mandatory liquor server training program.

     Implements the program on January 1, 1996, and prohibits the employment, after January 1, 1998, of any person who has not received the training within thirty days of employment.
