     Makes technical revisions to provisions relating to the duties of county auditors.

     Revises the authorization for municipal corporations or political subdivisions to provide charge cards to officers and employees.

     Prohibits cash advances on charge cards.

     Repeals RCW 36.32.213 and 36.80.060.
