SB 5188 - DIGEST

     Deletes the references to a juvenile disposition standards commission in chapter 13.40 RCW.

     Establishes a juvenile disposition standards subcommittee under the sentencing guidelines commission.

     Requires the subcommittee to report to the sentencing guidelines commission, by August 30 of each year, on the effectiveness of current disposition standards and proposed legislative changes.
