     Deletes the requirement that a portion of appropriations for capital expenditures be set aside for the acquisitions of works of art.

     Repeals RCW 28A.335.210, 28B.10.025, 28B.10.027, 43.17.200, 43.17.205, 43.17.210, and 43.19.455.
