(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 13.40.320 to delete the requirement that a juvenile must have a minimum of fifty-two weeks disposition to be eligible for the juvenile offender basic training camp option.

     Directs the department to perform a risk assessment on every offender, and to exclude any candidate who is assessed as a high risk offender.
