     Establishes a grant program to enhance funding for prostitution prevention and intervention services.

     Assesses persons convicted of prostitution a fee to be deposited in the prostitution prevention and intervention account.

     Requires that, as a condition of probation, a person attend prostitution intervention and counseling.

     Limits the cost of administrative supervision to five percent of the grant program.
