SB 5272 - DIGEST

     Authorizes an owner or operator of a covered vessel to petition for a waiver from a specific provision of chapter 88.46 RCW, if the owner or operator has implemented a practice that meets or exceeds the statutory requirements, increases the safety of marine transportation, and the owner or operator can demonstrate the continued use of the practice.
