SB 5300 - DIGEST

     Provides that all cigarettes sold in the state and taxed under the provisions of chapter 82.24 RCW shall be sold in black and white packaging only.

     Prohibits the advertising of cigarettes on billboards, store fronts, newspapers, radio, or television.
