SB 5301 - DIGEST

     Establishes the following limitations: (1) Wager limits may not exceed one hundred dollars per wager;

     (2) operating hours for the gaming facility may not exceed eighty hours per week;

     (3) the maximum number of class III gaming stations may not exceed thirty-two; and

     (4) the number of gaming facilities operated by a tribe may not exceed one.
