SB 5318 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to establish a comprehensive program for the adjudication of water rights in all basins of the state over the next twenty years, and that this program will be consistent with and further the cooperative planning processes that may be undertaken in these basins.

     Requires the initiation of the plan by July 1, 2015.

     Directs the attorney general to represent the interests of the state in each adjudication proceeding.

     Repeals RCW 90.03.160, 90.03.170, and 90.03.190.
