SB 5320 - DIGEST

     Specifies the conduct of a person which would justify the occupant of a dwelling to protect himself or herself, or others, by use of force, including deadly force.

     Provides immunity from criminal prosecution and civil liability for injuries or death resulting from the use of such force.
