     Grants a one hundred fifty thousand dollar death benefit award, effective January 1, 1994, for dying in the line of duty while a law enforcement officer, fire fighter, state patrol officer, fisheries patrol officer, or wildlife agent.

     Requires the funds to be provided in the omnibus appropriations bill, not from retirement funds.
