(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides tuition increases of four percent per year for the 1995-96 and 1996-97 academic years.

     Clarifies tuition categories.

     Clarifies building fee calculations.

     Provides that the results of a study shall be the basis for legislative action in 1997.

     Authorizes 3.5 percent of tuition and services and activities fees to be deposited in the institutional loan fund.

     Repeals RCW 28B.15.202, 28B.15.402, and 28B.15.502.
