SB 5328 - DIGEST

     Provides that juvenile probation counselor and detention services shall be administered by the superior court, unless the legislative authority prescribes alternatives by ordinance.

     Provides that, in counties with a population of one million or more, the probation and detention services shall be administered in accordance with chapter 13.20 RCW.
