     Increases the number of the board members from five to seven.

     Declares the term of all current members shall expire June 30, 1995.

     Provides for the appointment of seven new members to serve a term of two years, after which the board shall cease to exist.

     Requires the new board to conduct a thorough review and make recommendations for legislation restructuring the regulation of cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, and manicuring.
