     Authorizes an action to modify an order of child support if public assistance money is twenty percent or more below the appropriate child support amount set forth in the standard calculation as defined in RCW 26.19.011.

     Provides an opportunity upon the birth of a child for an acknowledgment of parentage.

     Authorizes past-due child support debt information to be submitted to the state lottery for action as prescribed by

RCW 67.70.255.

     Directs the office of support enforcement to establish a pilot project to enter into contracts with collection agencies for collection of accounts owing for twelve months or more.
