(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that claims exceeding two thousand dollars may be paid as submitted by the risk management office.

     Provides for a study of the issue of damages caused by wildlife and requires the development of long-term policy proposals regarding state compensation to be made for such damages.

     Expires January 1, 1996.
