SB 5360 - DIGEST

     Declares that a port district with a population of one hundred thousand or more may not impose a nonvoter-approved tax levy unless the port prepares a study justifying the imposition of the levy.

     Prohibits port districts with a population of one hundred thousand or more from paying bonuses to its employees or officials.
