SB 5364-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for the recovery of incidental costs incurred by the transportation department on behalf of the public-private initiatives program through bond proceeds.

     Increases the general obligation bond authorization by six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars.

     Supports the public-private initiatives program by the motor vehicle fund instead of the transportation fund.

     Provides for the reimbursement of a $2.2 million loan provided by DOT for costs of the public-private program in 1993-95.

     Repeals RCW 47.10.840.
