     Makes technical revisions to the uniform disciplinary act, chapter 18.130 RCW.

     Establishes procedural requirements for a disciplining authority to order a mental or physical examination of a license holder or applicant.

     Encourages the use of alternative dispute resolutions.

     Provides for the development of uniform guidelines to be adopted for treating patients in chronic pain.

     Establishes the secretary of health as the disciplining authority for denturists.
