SB 5380 - DIGEST

     Requires legal assistants to be licensed by the department.

     Designates the required qualifications to be licensed.

     Designates hearing procedures for revoking a license.

     Creates the legal assistants' licensing account.

     Repeals the act on June 30, 2002.
