     Requires inspections to be conducted by persons meeting the accreditation requirements of the federal toxics substances control act.

     Provides that a certified asbestos supervisor is not required for projects involving less than three square feet or three linear feet of asbestos-containing material.

     Revises the requirements for supervision of work in an employer's facility conducted by the employees.
